The photos we display have the most accurate color possible. However, due to monitor/screen settings, there will be variations in color between the actual product and the photos on our site. In some cases, patterns, colors, and other design elements may vary. Each rug is unique. It is completely normal for slight color differences between rugs due to humidity, the hand-dyeing process, varying exposure to daylight, and different dye lots used in handmade rugs.
Length and width may vary from the published dimensions. We do our best to provide you with accurate measurements, but please note that some variation does occur and this is not a manufacturing defect. Dimensions may vary up to 4% due to manufacturing and rolling processes, which occurs throughout the industry. If you feel there is an extreme difference between the rug size you received and the size you expected, please contact our Customer Service.

If a rug becomes stained or soiled, act quickly. When possible, pick up solids and blot up liquids immediately after a spill occurs. Absorb as much liquid as possible with a white cloth or paper towel without rubbing the area to prevent fraying. Contact a rug cleaning professional immediately.

Warranties
All wool rugs naturally shed, this will reduce over time depending on usage. Typically a couple of months.
To protect from the sun and uneven wear of the mat, it should be rotated every 3-6 months to keep it even.
Loose fibers, or tufts, are a normal part of the tailoring process for handmade rugs. To remove these tufts, use a small pair of scissors to cut them at the pile level. Do not pull on the fiber, as this can cause deterioration of the rug's backing.
